The invention refers to a barrier intended to selectively prohibit an access such as a site of car park. The object of the invention is to provide a simple robust means and easy job and this in order to dissuade any unauthorized person to occupant a parking space given and to represent only one low operational requirement for the user. The barrier includes a locking in its position of prohibition (upright). In order to improve the resistance of the invention to the aggression which it undergoes during each use, it also includes protection blocks disposed projecting around the hoop to protect it from contact with the ground. Moreover the catch in hand of the barrier for its raising is facilities since the arch is slightly elevated compared to the ground. |
