Structure of mechanism |
| Function |
The aim of this system is to propose a simple shifting track mechanism, being used as well as back shifting track as front shifting track, whose cost price would be better and the assembly facilitates because of a reduced number of parts compare to conventionals shifting track systems. The actuator part (mobile) is link on the one hand by a connection pivot on a rod (mobile) actionnee by cable (not representee in CFAO), and on the other hand, via a pin has a hole pertaining circular hops has a fixed part of the mechanism, link to the bicycle. By default a spring (not represents in CFAO) locates between the rod and this fixed part makes raise the commandee part of the rod, reserve actually by the cable in tension. To tend of advantage the cable brings back the lever of the rod to the bottom, drawing aside the actuator which switches the chain on a larger plate (or a smaller pinion) |
