Since October 2015, five companies and three research institutes are working together in a research project at the acoustically advanced virtualization of products and production processes in order to enable an early review, evaluation and optimisation of the aural impression based on virtual prototypes. For this purpose, physically well-grounded methods and innovative tools for industry-relevant tasks are developed, e.g. to reduce unwanted noise events or even eliminate and influencing sound specifically.

Further information on the project aims and the expected results can be found under the menu item aims.
