D'Ascanio, Corradino (1891 - 1981)

professore, inventore, progettista Corradino D’Ascanio was a prolific designer of mechanical systems and professor at Pisa University in the period of 1937-1961 by carrying out an intense activity for teaching, research, and design in several fields of mechanical engineering, but with specific successful results in developing helicopters and motoscooters. He was a personality of reference in his time within national and international frames because of a recognized reputation of his works and designs that still today are considered of fundamental importance in design of mechanical systems. |
