Professore, inventore, progettista
Jean Errard fu una matematico ed ingegnere miliare francese. Fu al servizio del Re di Francia Enrico IV. E’ ricordato per il volume “Des instruments mathématiques méchaniques”, in cui sono illustrati con testo ed immagini vari dispositivi meccanici da lui inventati.
