The upper cylinder is fitted with a lid 1, with a hole a for supplying the flour and a hole b, to feed yeast suspension in water. On the cap 1 is fixed a bearing 2, with angular rolling bearings, in which the vertical shaft 3 rotates. On the shaft are fixed the working tools mounted inside each container.
