Francesco Feliciano De Scolari, better known as Francesco Feliciano Lasezio (because he was born in Lazise) was an italian mathematics. He is remembered for his work “Libro di aritmetica et geometria speculativa et praticale” ”(Book on Mathematics and pratical geometry). This book is known also as “Scala Grimaldelli (scale and picklock) because of a little poem that Lasezio put at the beginning of the book. IN the book are illustrated measuring methods and instruments
