Gear damage detection proposed procedure
Procedimiento propuesto para determinacion de averia en engranajes

Click to enlargeClick to enlarge Description

The figure shows the general scheme of a proposed procedure to measure the gear damage. The vibratory signal is captured by several sensors. The signal are averaged considering the desired shaft as reference. Then, the data is introduced into the auto-associative net for each angular position until completing one revolution. Finally the prediction error is obtained.
