Structure of mechanism |
Function |
This mecanism is a multifunction folding tool including at least one instrument with two levers which can be opened and closed by rotating one of those two levers. This lever is firmly held in a rest position when the instrument is open. All trajectories of the elements of this system are managed by sliding contacts, each element limiting the movement of others. Certain parts are sought both as a guide and as a spring. It is a peculiarity of this system: no components are dedicated, their uses are multiple. The assembly can therefore guide each piece, while transmitting multiple efforts through a single rotation input. |
