| Function |
The mixer allows the agitation of the contents of a cylindrical container, for example a paint, from 2 orthogonal axes. The container is clamped between two coaxial platforms of which is driving. The two pivot platforms to support itself in rotation about an axis orthogonal to the first. The rotational movement of the drive platform is provided by rotation of the support through a bevel gear. The spacing between the two platforms can be adjusted through the platform follower which is mounted on a flywheel system with threaded rod. |
