The invention relates to a vehicle (A) of the type intended to be towed by a kite. It consists of a frame (1) to which are attached two steering wheels (2) aligned and non-wheel director (3) and offset the axis of rotation of which coincides in plan with the bisector (M) of the segment connecting the two steering wheels (2).
