Estructura del mecanismo

Función The locksmith Ehling applied for a patent for a wrought-iron armchair in 1839.
With the new chair he wanted to equip the at that time popular and well-attended diorama of the Gropius Brothers.
Since it can be folded to save space, is lightweight and therefore easy to transport, it is also suitable as a cot for traveling and expeditions.
The armchair is covered with cloth and can also be provided with a mattress pad.
The patent examiner praised the simple and functional and at the same time comfortable design.
