Towards very interesting new device on the 1903 exhibition of the German Agricultural Society in Hannover was Fowlers steam-plate disc plow, which is shown above. A detailed description seems almost superfluous, as any farmer will tell at a glance, that the sharp, slanting, rotating dish wheels cut into the ground by the forward movement of the plow.
