Scientist, agronomist and Spanish inventos. He contributed to the development of the agronomy in Spain during the XVIII century.
Fernández Reguero was born in Asturias on August 27th in 1775. He obtained the degree in topography in Madrid. During the Spanish independence War (1808-1814), he invented a military vehicle powered by steam. In 1811 he was named director and associate professor of agriculture of the Seminario de Educación del Partido de Castropol in the Vega de Ribadeo. In 1836 he invented a steam-powered vehicle for agriculture labors. In 1837 he published a work where he presented his ideas and knowledge, He died in Tapa de Casariego en 1840.
