Sliding link 5 has circular segment a-a. Steel tapes 3 and 4 are attached by their ends b and c to slider 2 and by their other ends b' and c' to segment a-a. When crank 1 of link-gear mechanism ACB rotates about fixed axis A, slider 2 is reciprocated in fixed guides d-d.
