Description This image shows a mechanism for closing/ gripping an object between to grippers of an end-effector. The closing force is thus shown throughout the mechanism. The system is driven by a linear actuator. It has eleven bodies; thirteen revolute joints and three prismatic joints. It is a planar system and has one degree of freedom.
