Cams 1 and 2 actuate the ends of levers 6 and 7, oscillating them about axis B of slide 5 so that blades b at the other end of levers 6 and 7 operate as a shear. The slot of link 4 slides along shaft A of the cams. Spring 8 holds levers 6 and 7 in contact with cams 1 and 2.
