Inventor, designer
Cesare Laurènti was an Italian naval engineer; Naval Engineering Officer, designer and manufacturer of original types of submarines, he devoted himself to every branch of studies on the underwater navigation. In 1892 he assumed the technical management of the experiments of the first Italian submarine moved on their own electric motors, designed by >G. Pullino and transformed by applying internal combustion engines and horizontal and double rudders.
