Structure of mechanism
Function This apparatus has a metal casing. On the top there is a compartment where flasks are placed. Lower down there are a carousel, an opaque plastic hood and some capillaries.
 

Application
Examples of application This nephelometer is no longer in use at the Biological Engineering University Technological Institute in Aurillac.
Nephelometry is a technique for measuring the particles in a solution or aerosol, or the turbidity of a medium (photometry of turbid media).
