Loading coupling with eccentrical screws

The simulation of real loading is achieved through various solutions on the stands for testing of gears. The image presents a coupling with flanges, tightened by means of eccentric screws. The eccentricity provides a permanent relative rotations of shafts and thus induces a state of stress equivalent to the practical loading.
