Spanish politician, mathematician, engineer and teacher.
He got his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and was professor of mathematical and physics at the Universidad Central de Madrid, also he was director of agriculture and stagnant incomes. He was Member of Parliament and academic of the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences elected on April 5, 1882.
