Description
Circular rotor 1 rotates about fixed axis A, eccentrically located with respect to the geometric axis of housinig 4. Vanes 2 slide freely in radial slots a of rotor 1. Guide ring 3 has ports for fluid flow. When rotor 1 rotates, vanes 2 are held against the internal surface of guide ring 3 by centrifugal force and deliver fluid (liquid or gas) in the direction of the arrows.
