Rotor 1 rotates about fixed axis A and has four symmetrically arranged cylinders d in which pistons 2 reciprocate. Pistons 2 have at their ends sliders f which reciprocate in guide slots e of drum 3. Drum 3 rotates about fixed axis B, eccentrically located with respect to axis A. When rotor 1 and drum 3 rotate, pistons 2 reciprocate along axes y-y and sliders f along axes x-x, deliverinig liquid from the suction to the discharge channels.
