This compresses spring 6 and lever 7 shifts sleeve 8. Then, as the fluid flows from one end of the cylinder of auxiliary servomotor 5 to the other end through flow-control valve 9, the piston of servomotor 5 moves to the right and lever 7 returns valve sleeve 8 to its initial position. When the pressure drops in the right-hand chamber of membrane 2, the elements of the regulator operate in the reverse direction.
