Beschreibung

Each recipient of the dough kneading unit is fitted with double bottom 8 with a hole in the form of circular sector of more than 150 degrees, blocked by a horizontal flap 9 provided with a hole d and an extension e on which the worm gear 10 driven with set screw 11 is fitted.
