Moccia System – Antonio Moccia is an Italian Professor that carries on his researces in international environment. From 2001 to 2007 was president of the consortium university-company CO.RI.S.T.A. (Consorzio for Researces on Advanced Tele-survey Sistems) attending to the research and to the development of the ASFALTO (Altimetry System For Automatic Landing and Take-Off) system that was devoted to the integration and the tests in flight of laser systems and radar altimeters integrated with the GPS/INS units for the automatic landing of the system MiniSAR; the latter was the first Italian interferometric operating in X band for topographical applications.
