De Vito Eugenio was an Italian engineer and General Naval Engineering, was for many years Director of shipbuilding Corp. Ansaldo (Genoa) and Commissioner of the naval school of Genoa; He is the author of numerous projects (ocean liners, battleships and cruiser Trento type) and significant naval engineering studies, military and merchant shipping.
