Frederick Henry Royce, Baronet of Seaton was English industrialist who was one of the founders (with Charles Stewart Rolls) of Rolls-Royce Ltd. manufacturer of luxury automobiles and airplane engines. Since 1991 is part of Automotive Hall of Fame

1878 he is an engineer apprenticed to the Great Northern Railway company at Peterborough
1904 he built three experimental cars of his own design
04.05.1904 Mancester he met Charles Rolls at Midland Hotel, Manchester
1906 he and C. Rolls founded Rolls-Royce Ltd. Royce & Co.
1930 he was made a baronet
† 22.04.1933 West Wittering, Sussex died
