Ghia, Giacinto (1887 - 1944)


 
Designer, founder

Giacinto Ghia was an Italian automobile coachbuilder and founder of Carrozzeria Ghia. Ghia died of heart failure while overseeing the rebuilding of his company. After Ghia's death company was sold to Felice Mario Boano. In 1950-56 the Ghia Company collaborated with Ferrari.
