Automobile manufacturer.

Multi-facets personality, his life takes place in Fécamp where he works as a car manufacturer. He developed, invented and manufactured many different engines and automobiles, as well as numerous accessories used in modern cars. Its automotive workshop: 2 rue Jacques Huet. The tradition said he has built nearly 200, but there remains no trace. In 1900, he was present at the Universal Exhibition in Paris, where he proposes two models of cars. City Hall consultant of Fécamp in 1912. President of the Friends of Old Fécamp from 1910 to 1954. He is also the creator of the first electricity center of the city. Passionate of history, naturalism, music, painting, he is also a photographer and an amateur filmmaker. Its films (recorded between 1928 and 1938) relate the Fécamp and marine life and are a precious testimony of its glorious past.

1900 Development of a break-barrel with four places, 5 ch. His car is called "The Most Simple."It is elegant, strong, has no chains, no angle pinion. The manufacturing license was ceded to Henneton compagnies in Paris July 1st, 1901.
1900 Development of a second type: dog-car a three or four places, motor 4 hp, for a prize of 4000 francs.
1900 Development of a lightweight oil car with the shape of a box "spider"with two places, 3 hp motor fins, for a price of 3,600 francs.

1904 Launching of the sea engines, and the cruiser "Rene Legros"18 hp will reach the success.
