Major Charles Henry John Chetwynd-Talbot, 20thEarl of Shrewsbury, 20th Earl of Waterford, 5th Earl Talbot KCVO was a British peer. He founded with the frenchman Adolphe Clement-Bayard fondò la casa automobilistica Clement-Talbot.
