Pullino, Giacinto (1837 - 1898)

Giacinto Pullino was an italian military and a naval engineer. Pullino was General of the italian navy and afther he retired deputy in italian parliament. He was the designer and the builer of the first Italian submarine: “Delfino” (In english Dolphin). In the design of the submarine he collaborated with the young engineer Cesare Laurenti.
