Cayley, Arthur (1821 - 1895)

Arthur Cayley was professor at Cambridge University in the period of 1963-1880 by carrying out an intense activity for teaching and research in several fields of mathematic with interests in theoretical kinematics. He was a personality of reference in his time within national frames because of a recognized reputation of his works that still today are considered of fundamental importance in mathematics and theoretical kinematics .
