Inventor, designer
Louis Cottier was a craftsman and Swiss watchmaker, inventor of the universal time clock (world time) that allows you to have, at the same time as that of the place, the corresponding time in various countries. 1937 for the mark Patek Philippe Cottier built the smallest wristwatch in the world until now. In the 1946 notables of Geneva ordered to Cottier manufacture four universal time clocks that were donated, as thanks to the allies at the end of World War II.
