Borchardt, Carl Wilhelm (1817 - 1880)

Dt. Mathematiker

Karl Wilhelm Borchardt began his studies in Berlin and finished them in Königsberg. In his doctoral thesis he dealt with non linear equatation. From 1856 till 1880 he was publisher of the german "Journal für die reine und angewandte Mathematik".
