Cataneo, Girolamo (1540 - 1584)

Girolamo Cataneo was an italian military engineer, mathematician and expert on artillery. Cataneo is remembered for having written some books on procedures and measuring instruments for landing survey. He is also remembered for some works on the techniques and tools of artillery.
