Giulio Giuseppe Mozzi del Garbo was a scholar by carrying out an intense activity for research and dissemination in several fields of mechanics, but with specific interests on M echnics of rigid bodies. He was a personality of reference in his time within national frames because of a recognized reputation of his works that still today are considered of fundamental importance in Screw Theory .
