Spanish naval engineer and businessman.

Engineer in the Spanish Society of Shipbuilding in Sestao. He founded Sener Engineering, Industrial Technical Naval, S. A. in 1956. He was General Director of the Spanish Society of Shipbuilding in 1963. He was also a member of the Nuclear Energy Board and member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
