The Meguin loader for coke (see Figure) was built for a Belgian cokery, and consists of a portable contrivance having a screen connected with an inclined plate conveyor a, with angle-iron sides. It delivers the coke to a bar screen b, provided with a balanced swing extension c, enabling the coke to be loaded into any desired truck.
