Suess Conveyor

Suess Conveyor, 250 ft. long, Conveying Fine Cement at Witkowiiz, Austria. The driving pulley is made in halves, with a square opening to fit the square tube, and this can be attached at any point in the length of the conveyor most conveniently situated in relation to the driving power. Conveyors of this design have been built and are successfully at work in lengths up to 250 ft. Fig. 64 shows such a conveyor in a cement works.
