Weight a can be adjusted along lever 4 and clamped in the required position by screw b. Wheel 2 engages round friction wheel 3 which rotates about axis B. When wheel 1 rotates at constant speed, wheel 3 rotates at nonuniform speed and wheel 2 has a complex motion consisting of rotation about axis C and oscillation about axis B.
