Eccentric 9 with unbalanced mass m is mounted at the end of shaft 1 and is connected by a turning pair to frame 4. The bodies of screens 2 and 3 are attached to frame 4 which is suspended on flexible links (ropes) 5. When shaft 1 rotates, frame 4 has a circular mot ion due to the act ion of unbalanced mass m.
