Crank 1 rotates about fixed axis B and has pin d sliding along slot c of member 2. Member 2 is connected by a sliding pair to slider 3 which rotates about fixed axis A. Vanes f, rigidly attached to member 2, slide with their ends a and b along the internal surface of the housing which has the shape of a limacon of Pascal. Liquid is delivered in the direction of the arrows.
