Zur Verwirklichung einer Bahnkurve mit einer guten genäherten Geradführung sind seit dem Beginn der Entwicklung der Dampfmaschine der Wattsche Lenker bekannt.
Der Lemniskatenlenker (Wattscher Lenker) ist eine symmetrische, nichtumlauffähige Doppel(innen)schwinge A0ABB0 mit A0A = B0B . Der die achtförmige Koppelkurve erzeugende Koppelpunkt K liegt in der Mitte der Koppelstrecke AB (AK = BK).
Das Ersatzgetriebe nach dem Satz von Roberts ist der Evans-Lenker. |
