Structure of mechanism

Function The element 5 is a torque E with the rocker 4 of the articulated quadrilateral ABCD. The scale 2, which is composed with a punch “a” and turning around the fixed axis G, is a torque F with the element 5. When the crank 1 is animated by a movement of rotation, the lever 2 in its alternative movement, make the pressing. In the final position of this pressing operation, the points A, B and C of the organs 1 and 3, and the points F, E and D of the organs 5 and 4 are located on two parallel straight lines which pass through the points A and D; two conditions are respected: AB + BC = FE+ ED and CD=AF, that is to say that the figure ACDF is a parallelogram.
