Models of the CFAO-class at IFMA which started in 2010. CFAO stands for "conception et fabrication assistées par ordinateur" and means "computer aided design and manufacturing" (CAD/CAM). In general the students modeled based on the information given in a certain patent. The resulting mechanism/model description is the core information of each model. A CAD-file and a set of derived items like images of the mechanism in different positions, videos, interactive animations etc. help the users to understand the main idea of the patent.
