 Oscar Salgado obtained his PhD. degree in complex robotic systems from the Universidad del País Vasco (University of the Basque Country, Spain). He worked as a researcher at the faculty of mechanical engineering. He was recognized with the "Extraordinary Prize for PhD." from the UPV-EHU in 2011.
